Help your teen build strength—inside and out—with our Youth Yoga for Teens program. Perfect for ages 11–17, these sessions focus on improving flexibility, balance, and body awareness while introducing mindfulness tools to help manage stress, anxiety, and the pressures of everyday life. It’s a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where teens can connect, move, and grow.
- Yoga sessions will be held in our brand new 60’x80′ heated barn.
- Yoga sessions are 60 minutes, followed by a 30 minute farm tour.
- Maximum class size is 20 people.
