Introduce your little ones to movement, mindfulness, and fun through our Youth Yoga for Kids sessions. Designed for ages 5–10, these playful classes use age-appropriate poses, games, and storytelling to help kids explore their bodies, improve coordination, and develop focus. Along the way, they’ll build confidence, learn calming techniques, and enjoy a safe space to express themselves and make new friends.
- Yoga sessions will be held in our brand new 60’x80′ heated barn.
- Yoga sessions are 60 minutes, followed by a 30 minute farm tour.
- Maximum class size is 20 people.
